We’re working on a great property in Ashfield. Our client has made a great decision in opting to replace their tile roof and install slate back to what was originally on the roof. The client is having extensive renovation work done to their property which includes extending the back of the roof, also being installed with lovely new slate roof.
The chosen slate for this project is Spanish Cafersa roofing slate. Cafersa passes and exceeds all of the most stringent French and European tests and has been specified and used over many years for important European cultural and heritage projects. We are also installing only the highest quality breather roofing sarking, we’ve selected the finest roofing battens, copper nails for slate fixing and the most durable, sleekest zinc valleys and roll top ridge capping. This is an exciting project for The Slate Roofing Company and we have been enjoying giving the client the very best slate roof. Check back over our progress and more images.
